Grayscale/Full Color

i love both, but the full color sometimes makes certain chapters come alive. so maybe you could do full color all the time (but i know that doing so takes more work and longer time) or save it for special treat chapters. whatever makes you comfortable ❤️

I think the grayscale is part of bfs charm and when we get a color chapter it feels like a treat! I think maybe saving color for milestone or special chapters every so often rather than going full color will make them feel even more special. ❤

The full color is like " peak fluff " but I wouldn't want it to put too much strain and work on you for each chapter. i agree that for some showcase frames and special episodes could be really nice :)

I really can't resist choosing colours when you ask directly! I adore the colour palette and colored hair makes me want to colour my own hair) But I don't think there is need to colour everything. Maybe only some key frames or chapters. This will add some more rainbow-ness but will not be so effort-consuming.

I absolutely adore the pastel look, but it's more important that you pick what you feel the best with.

Is there a “whichever is easiest option”? I would love to see colour however a larger team adds complexity. I love the quality of your work and believe it should be priority. Take on colour if you feel you have the ability but try not to sacrifice from other areas... idk though. I don’t draw

I love the color but I feel that should be something in the print copy 😩 I hope I don’t sound mean. But I feel like Grayscale is good for online with color thrown in as specials

I love both! I absolutely love the grayscale, and your colors are also amazing! if you really hesitate, maybe go for grayscale for the story in general and colors for some special episodes, but i think in the end you should go for what is best for you in term of health/time/money!!

I LOVE the coloured version, but if it's going to be too much work for you I'd rather have the gray escale version with the same frecuency it has right now. I like that one too, I didn't need the colour version to love this comic, I'm here for the story, but the art is a very nice bonus

I like both, but if it's too much, then maybe just coloring special episodes or only highlighting certain parts of the comics, like hair or an item, to make it pop out :D

I chose colour because it was very nice and pretty but Im also happy with greyscale if doing colour ends up too much work after all 💕 Take care of yourself!

I think both are cute! I personally really like your palette so I voted for colour but only if that’s not too much for you! I think it’s completely reasonable for you to mix and match if you want to make them in colour depending on how you’re feeling at the time, and if it works!

Personally I am fine with the grayscale, but I guess the question is how much does color affect readership? If it increases by a lot then hiring a colorist makes sense.

i really like the colors, and hope you enjoy coloring them. as a comic artist myself i love adding color but know how much time goes into adding color, but as long as you enjoy seeing it on your own comic as well as enjoy coloring it, then i say go for it!
