Reward Request Forms

Welp, it took a bit but I've settled on some forms for reward requests that I'm happy with. Going forward, to submit your month reward requests, please use these forms:

I've made some adjustments to panel amounts and animation times to more adhere to commissions, simply because for a very long time, I kind of overexerted myself on my previous page and undersold a lot of what I did. The prices are all currently the same, but I'm making sure the panel amounts actually adhere to the work that goes into them.

I've made sure to streamline everything so filling out rewards is as straightforward as can be. For the time being, I'm limiting fic IP's to the ones I know more thoroughly than others, and I'm only doing Panel requests of the IP's listed. As time goes on, I'll add more and if there are some that I'm forgetting, I'll add those as well. I'll eventually update these with a PDF of all current models available.

I've also included a section to mark the month that each reward is associated with, just so it's easier for me to categorize.

Please be sure to review these forms when you get a chance since I'll be opening September rewards very soon! So for those of you who were subscribed last month to my previous page, rest assured that you will be able to submit for the month that you already paid for. :)
