You don't need a shaman or anything really complicated. Just go sit by the lake, a river, in the woods or even your bedroom with no TV. Just silence. Put down your phone. Then just sit there for at least 10 minutes. Enjoy the moment and try to just think about nothing. If you can't do that then try to focus on positive things and how to solve whatever keeps occupying your mind.

It just makes me more grateful every day that I left the virtual cesspit that is Facebook (I don't do any social media for that matter). I get it from a business-perspective for some people or even those people who like to follow activity or interest groups etc. But for me, when the cons FAR outweigh the pros, then I am fucking OUTTA THERE. She never caught him cheating but straight away assumed he is doing so quote "I just know he is definitely sleeping with his fans, you know how it goes .. " with 0 evidence presented .. :)

The best we can do as parents is point out the stupidity of these people to our children before they become their idols. I have a neighbor who has a 15 year old son that boxes, plays football, has a job, plays guitar, and doesn't have a cell phone. I praise that kid every chance I get as these activities and values he has are his own. His parents don't make him do any of those things. There is still hope.
