Doodle and Delivery Guidelines

In the interest of future reward deliveries and perhaps new patrons, I felt like codifying some of the unspoken rules that have apparently formed along this Patreon's run so far.

I thought it was weird not to have guidelines for these so late into it.
I will also state some guidelines meant for myself so that delays stop happening since it isn't fair for you guys when it happens.

DOODLE GUIDELINES

General request guidelines would mostly be the same as those specified on my commission sheet.

Dealing with messages across several platforms is confusing!

• Please keep requests simple.
  
• Fanart and OCs are ok, except for bara characters and detailed mechas.
  
• Be aware that I specialize in feminine characters.
  

• No explicit NSFW, but some suggestiveness is ok.
  
• Most doodles will be delivered as upscaled, full-colored half-bodies with no background, TWO CHARACTERS PER REQUEST MAXIMUM.
  
• Grayscale or B&W will generally be avoided unless specifically asked for (or the character is monochromatic)
  

• Custom text can be added, within the realm of respect, so I reserve the right to add it or not.
  

• The artstyle (referring to coloring style, type of brush and lines) may vary each month and be standardized for all of its doodles.
  
• All doodles will be regarded ok to post publicly both in Patreon and Twitter unless it is specifically requested not to.
  

• Once doodles are delivered, they are free for your personal (as in non-commercial) usage, credits appreciated but not compulsory.
  

REQUESTS AND DELIVERY.

• Request submissions will be valid from the first day of each month matching Central Standard Time as the standard for all Soldiers once the "Recruitment Post" is made.
  

• The upload of this recruitment post will always be announced both in my main socials (Twitter and Tumblr) and on the Discord server.
  
• Please check out my Discord integration here on Patreon to join this server with the special Patron role, so that you may get the ping for it.
  

• Soldiers that joined any other day may submit their request on the first day of the month, no matter when their subscription renews.
  

• Requests shall be delivered NO LATER than 2 weeks into the month for day one submissions, uploaded in batch.
  
• Usually, I try to upload a batch on the first weekend of the month, so if you're timely with your request, please stay tuned to receive it at that time.
  

• For any requests sent later, this will translate as NO LATER than 2 weeks from the moment their request is sent, either uploaded individually or in batch if possible.
  

• Requests may be submitted at any time of the month, but delivery within the same month may not always be guaranteed for late ones.
  

• For Soldiers that don't make a request, their subscription will be taken into consideration as a discount on my commission rates, up to $20, and these discounts will be calculated from the May 2023 recruitment posts onwards.
  

• $20 Discount caps will be MAXIMUM and no more discount shall be counted, and they may not be used on commissions cheaper than 20$
• Additionally if the membership is cancelled, the discount will be rendered ineligible.
