Quick 2.5k calorie shake chug. Had to move my phone mid video cus by belly got so bloated it got out of frame 😮💨.
And to think this all started as a small 20-25lbs bulk, here we are about 80lbs later lol sorry old me who wanted to be shredded, bigger is better you’ll see. 🍔💪🏼🍖
