WE F*CKED UP!! 😱 caught in fishing net, and confronted.. (our worst night sailing)
Added 2025-05-13 13:52:10 +0000 UTCrevealing the crazy, scary sail we had in penang... the experience we had was the consequence of not keep a proper watch. this is not something we are proud of, but have learned from and will never let happen again while we are at sea.
we are very lucky the fishermen didnt push the confrontation past threats and yelling.

Lucky break, I’ve sailed through SE Asia lots on conventional ships, fishing boats, nets & are stuff in the water is a regular problem or something to be very aware of.
