okay cool, im now understanding. so effectively full relics shouldnt really even exist and if there do theyve got crazy potential if wielded. In that case theres no need to make fragments of what is already full right? and if durandal were to deteriorate and leave fragements behind they could be used for an attuned person to use the symphogear?

For instance, the Gungnir symphogear is made from a fragment of the original spear of Odin. Full relics like Durandal are super rare and have tons of advantages, such as being able to be wielded by anyone who can withstand them once they are activated, and not requiring constant power though phonic gain since they generate their own. They are generally a LOT more powerful than a symphogear.
