ahaha that makes sense, and it makes me excited to find out what the others relics are based off/sounds like. I'll pay closer attention to the lyrics as we progress for sure and I guess I have to wait and look forward to Genjuuro's secrets (ojisan!)

2020-04-12 18:03:06 +0000 UTCYou'll notice every character has a music theme. Hibki's muisc theme is Celtic, and Tsubasa's is traditional Japanese. The Symphogear relics are activated with a special activation chant, so just random singing won't cause them to transform, though as we saw in the first episode, a relic still benefits from the phonic gain generated when others sing. Definitely check out the lyrics to the songs as they fight. They reveal a lot about the characters. As for why Genjuuro is so powerful - that's a mystery for future seasons.
