Life Updates and Future Plans

It’s been a few months since I’ve updated, so much has happened I don’t even know where to begin. If you’ve been following me on other social media you might have seen the occasional drawing updates but I haven’t been too active there either.
I’ve been trying to find a way to return to this page and continue making similar content, but no matter how many times I rationalize it I don’t think I can meet the demand nor did I have the management skills needed to keep this page running right now. I’ve had many things test me in the last year that have made me reevaluate the time and effort I’ve spent making certain content. I realized that a lot of the time I felt really self conscious about the direction my art is going, not just the subject matter but with my skill levels as well. I had a lot of times where I wanted to focus on studying but didn’t feel like I had the time to, especially after the pandemic began. I also pushed myself too hard to maintain consistency, instead of giving myself time enough to breathe I forced myself to keep creating because I was afraid of the stability the future held, and I didn’t want to lose part of my income.
I’ve been beyond grateful for the support and encouragement this page and all of you have brought me. Keeping this page up for the last two years was challenging but I was happy to do it because I noticed how many of you really enjoyed what I was making. I hope that I can still create art that you’ll appreciate in the future as well 🙏
On March 15th I plan to unpublish my Patreon page for the time being so I can focus on things in my personal life, maybe focus on studying/sharpening my skills some more, and to expand my horizons with the content I create. I’m hoping in the future when things settle down a bit and I’ve had time to bounce back I can hopefully republish this page and maybe I’ll see a few of you then!

I’ll still be posting art occasionally, as well as process videos and what not.

I hope you come back in the future stronger and where you hope to be but thank you for sharing your creativity and vision with us while you did on Patreon! To this day some of the most beautiful and absolutely breath taking asoiaf pieces ever created came from you and so many illustrations of yours still bring the biggest smile to my face every time so thank you so much for that! You are incredibly talented in more ways than I think I can express. That being said, you should do what is best for you and you should always come first.
