Context wise, I wanted there to be a cheeky moment between these two leading up to Cregan's proposal; I figured this could be a moment during a feast while Cregan was Hand of the King. Maybe Aly is offering him a drink because he came in and cleaned up the mess that the Dance had left behind. Whatever Cregan says to her is flirtatious, I just am not good at coming up with quips.
This is obviously inspired by LotR, but I even borrowed inspiration from Boromir's outfit for the outfit Cregan is wearing, because my concept for Cregan is very close to how I imagine book-Boromir looks even though I love Sean Bean.
