204 - Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?

I read the play for the first time just in order to listen to this episode, then listened to it on Spotify. I can absolutely understand why playwrights would love it, and certainly admire the technical proficiency of it. But man, I just felt nothing but a little disdain for the characters. Only a little, at that. They couldn't really rise to more than that. But it seems like a great exhibition for stage actors. It's just not for me, probably.

OK now I got to the end and this play sounds absolutely nuts, I would love to see it someday, but even on the recording, it was wild. When you said there was Latin chanting , I thought it was a joke, and then it appeared. Holy heck
