Salvation Awaits For Those Aware

I managed to get it into an odd space, as it's going to be a game about cults and what they will do for power, but it's a game about "Cults" rather than "Elder Gods." Because I want to ask "What kind of people would join an Elder God cult?"
And the answer is "people who probably have nowhere else to go."
