Relapse in health issues. The development is slowing down, I'm suspending payments until the next update, the fourth goal will come early

I wrote a fairly lenghty explanation about this all on the Discord channel, so I'll leave you a TL;DR and a file with everything at the bottom.

I've had a setback in the recovery from the issues that provoked me to pause development for three weeks a few months ago, and I could barely get any work done in the last few days. I finally got medication prescribed a few days ago, which is alleviating the problems, but it's going to be very complicated to get a full recovery without the adequate therapy and a change in my environment, which is its own world of problems.

Since I cannot deliver releases in this state at a rate that I consider acceptable, I'm going to suspend subscription payments again until I consider I have enough content to justify a new update. For those who don't know, this means that patrons who paid since the start of September will not be charged at the start of the next month, but they will retain access to the tier they subscribed to.

On a completely different line, I received a grant from my region's government to incentivize new businesses after the COVID-19 lockdowns, so I'm using that money to bring the fourth Patreon goal ahead of time. I'll update you on this when there is significant progress.
