Weekly update #03

I missed one already heck Dx This last week was a bit rough for me, physically speaking. Ffff.. and shoot I realize a "I'm having a rough time" update would have been better than silence, I'm sorry guys. I am trying to be better at consistency ; ; I'm still fighting the urge to turtle something fierce, it is so ingrained. Honestly I just was feeling very unwell. Perhaps TMI incoming, in the interest of transparency? >3>a idk, is this the kind of thing that's good to share? Guys help I'm so bad at this xD So I have issues with inflammation in my joints sometimes (it hasn't been very bad in a while so the flare up was weird) plus a host of fun problems with my lady bits and hormonal shifts (nothing life threatening just very very painful) which combined into a lovely medley of hurt and stiffness. It's something I struggle with consistently, some months are bad enough that I can't work, but mostly I handle it with pain medication. I'd had an appointment in April to maybe see about what else I could do to better manage things but they'd canceled all non-essential dr visits so yay. Maybe I can sneak in again now that things are starting to reopen (golly that's a whole other thing isn't it). But I'm functional again \o/ So I'm catching up as best I can until well into the evening probably. 

I'll leave this as update #03 today and follow up with #04 tomorrow (Monday) to get back on track. I'll get some more screenshots of the website progress together (things are progressing so much faster than I anticipated) and updates on general things. I just kinda don't wanna get too too into compiling that tonight so that I can get right back to catching up. I know you guys are waiting and I want to tackle as much as I can as soon as possible.

OH. I did want to mention one thing before tomorrow's update (I'll probably touch on this again but it's important enough to mention now). The new workflow with mods helping with Patreon things has gone so beautifully ;o; If you're still waiting on something it's almost assuredly because they need my input on questions/payment plans/oddbob things. They've been superstars about the entire process so if you've had a good experience it's entirely because of our mods <3 I know that it's been a struggle with me being overwhelmed and falling into hermit mode so much over the entire development of the elnins group (It's literally been years but I haven't felt like we've neared a proper release until just recently, it feels like things are actually finally falling into some semblance of order), but we're working on the backend to give the mods more agency and a better ability to help across the board, so that if I do need to take a break for health reasons things don't grind to a halt. I don't want anyone to feel frustrated about waiting for things ever again man, that's my #1 goal is to have the resources and structuring that it won't continue to be a huge problem in the future.  

Anyhoo xD Before this update balloons further. I'll be reaching out to as many waiting tonight and answering questions as much as humanly possible. Then tomorrow we get into things not slot related for the update >u<

(Side story, Zen has now punched a hole through two of our window screens trying to fight off a stray cat that lives in the area. I was out last night for like an hour calling for him and trying not to disturb the neighborhood Dx Turns out he was hunkered behind the bushes under the window x_x Only found him in the tiny space by double checking with a really strong flashlight and eye shine, he was so still and quiet. So we took him back in and aside from a limp which is better this morning he appears to be ok. Think maybe he hurt his toesies digging through the screen. Zen is the most mild mannered little floppy cinnamon roll, but dang he really hates this other cat >>;;)
