to download: download the file, unzip the folder, place the "mods" folder in your sims 4 mods folder and the "tray" files in the tray folder into the tray folder in your sims 4 folder. alternately you can download the cc and just dl the sims from the gallery in game.
do not claim these sims as your own, and do not change their skin tones! you can change their names and traits and outfits of course, as well as tweak them slightly if you want. tag me if you ever use them, i would love to see them!
