Which Skill to overhaul for 2.2.0?

Based on the outcome of the poll I will be updating this skill for patch 2.2.0
Repair, Salvage, and Smelting are planned to get revamped and become Smithing, so I've added that as an option if you want Smithing to happen ASAP.
