Merry Christmas and End of Year Message
Added 2024-12-23 23:00:06 +0000 UTCFor those who've been with this Patreon for a while it's become a bit of a tradition to write a bit of a longer blog post around christmas time - and we're not about to break tradition in 2024!
The year flew by like a meteorite. It feels like it was yesterday, since we last sat down to write the end of year message for 2023, and now we're already looking at what's next in 2025, which is just insane.
2024 was the year we attended the most conventions in our (albeit very short) convention career, and it's been a blast meeting so many of you and meeting so many new people too. It's always a highlight to meet community members, and we're grateful that we even have the opportunity to go out there into the world and experience things like this.
Next year we want to ramp it up some, attend even more conventions, and do even more community events too. We don't want to talk too much about our plans for next year though, it's gonna be more fun when we can actually DO stuff, instead of just TALKING about doing stuff.
That's generally gonna be our 2025 motto. We want to do more stuff. More art, more events, more conventions, more learning, more merchandise. Just improve what's working, cutting out things that aren't. It's gonna be exciting!
We want to thank you all for being a part of this journey. You've heard it a thousand times, and we're sure you will hear it a thousand times over, but your support means the world to us. The fact you're all going out of your way to spend your time, money, kindness, passion & humor with us and on us is still a mind-blowing fact, even after doing this for a few years now.
We hope that you all have a wonderful Christmas time, and that you're all getting into the new year with love and excitement, and that you have plans for your own future that keep you thrilled to get out of the bed in the morning.
Please always remember that you're more than the sum of your days. You're exceptional, and you deserve an exceptional life. So go ahead and get that life as soon as you can. Tomorrow is soon, next year is only a heartbeat away, and time is short.
Never forget that you deserve the world.
