RESULTS: 1-Year Patreon Anniversary Questionaire

Hey everyone!

About a week ago I gave you all the opportunity to participate in a questionaire about the content of this Patreon! A LOT of you have participated, thank you so much for that! 

I wanted to share a rundown of the results with you, for those that wonder what the poll said.

I will always rank the answers from most voted for to least voted for!

Question 1: Which of the following NSFW rewards interest you the most?

Results:

1. Female Pin-Up

2. F/F explicit/non-explicit scenes

Female pin up lead this by a long shot. The interest in any content involving males was very, very low. I'm not surprised, and I'm glad that so many of you actually voted for the content I actually already do!

Question 2: How do you like to receive your digital rewards? Please choose all that apply.

Again, I am not surprised. Most of you prefer the Google Drive Link via Patreon DM. 

For transparency: The only reason I am even looking into this is that there have been rumors floating around of problems with NSFW content within Google Drive + the fact that you can never know what plattform decides to use uploaded content for AI. 

Question 3: What kinds digitial NSFW rewards would you like to see me try and create? Be as general or specific as you'd like.

Results:

This was an open answer question, so there is no ranking. However, the overwhelming amount of people who filled out the question mentioned more explicit content, and content involving more than one person - preferrably women!

Question 4: Which of the following SFW rewards interest you the most?

I was actually very surprised to see so many of you being interested in OC content. 82.9% of people who voted on the question chose OC content as an option. 

I've personally always had a certain urge to do OC content, but I always lose touch with my characters after the character creation process. Maybe for me OC content could be more about the character concepts, rather than the stories behind them? 

We'll have to wait and see! 

90s anime getting a lot of votes is not surprising at all. Neither is that everything that has to do with learning to draw is ranked low on in the poll. Most people on Patreon are enjoyers of art first and foremost, and that content obviously only applies to people who want to learn - and my specific approach and style no less!

Question 5: What kinds digitial SFW rewards would you like to see me try and create?

Another open text question! There was no coherent, overarching topic that was mentioned here. Everyone kinda had different thoughts on their mind! 90s art & OC content were mentioned, some Final Fantasy XIV specific wishes, comics, phone wallpapers - it really was a broad mix. 

I think with SFW content it was a bit more difficult to actually find something that was not covered with NSFW already - which is kinda the core of all of this anyway.

Question 6: What kind of physical rewards interest you the most? Please choose all that apply.

This question is something that I wanted to know, because the merchandise tier is something I'd like to improve on, and also I want to offer merchandise outside of Patreon for conventions and eventually a store etc. 

Enamel Pins are ranking rather high, that's amazing! I'd definitely love to make some at some point. The only reason I haven't done so already is that the cost is rather high. The minimum order quantity is mostly 50 pins, and you have to pay for the mold to have them made in the first place, which costs around $300 per design. So making enamel pins under $500-$600 is mostly impossible.

Stickers are something I am getting more and more into, so I hope I can start doing more with those!

Question 7: What other pieces of merchandise not listed above would you love to receive as part of a monthly reward package?

The suggestions here covered mostly apparel like shirts & backpacks. Also someone mentioned an artbook. I would definitely love to make one, but I have no clue if I want one with text or one that just has the artworks slapped into it. Sometimes it's one, sometimes it's the other, hahahahah! 

Question 8: Do you prefer physical merchandise to be NSFW or SFW?

This question was made to get an idea on whether people might be interested in getting something like NSFW stickers or more NSFW prints etc. The poll was mostly 50/50 between 1 and 2, with only 1 person choosing option 3.

Question 9: What would you generally love to see during Year 2 of my Patreon journey? Please let me know everything that comes to mind!

The last question, and the last open question. 

The answers here are very much a culmination of the previous questions. People voted to see more OC art, and mentioned some franchises they want to see more of.

A few people mentioned the sketch rewards as something that interests them. I don't think we will see more slots open on that any time soon, unless I make any thiers beyond the current highest tier. I'm glad you're enjoying them, but they're pretty time intensive!
