AuDHD Psychiatry is a fast-growing private ADHD & Autism clinic providing assessments, medication management, and coaching across the UK and internationally.
We attract thousands of monthly visitors through SEO and paid campaigns — and we’re looking for a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Copywriter with healthcare experience to help turn that attention into booked assessments.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for someone who blends strategic thinking with empathy — a copywriter who can communicate clinical services clearly while optimising for conversion and trust.
You’ll write one high-impact landing page for our ADHD or Autism assessments, and you’ll also recommend the structure, flow, and key messaging.
If the collaboration goes well, we’ll offer ongoing projects — A/B testing new headlines, refining copy, and writing additional landing pages.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Write a persuasive, empathetic, high-converting landing page (~800–1,000 words).
Suggest a page structure / flow (hero, benefits, process, social proof, CTA, FAQs).
Craft headlines and CTAs focused on clarity and trust.
Include 2–3 headline ideas and alternate CTAs for future A/B testing.
Optimise copy for tone, accessibility, and neurodivergent inclusivity.
Collaborate with our designer and strategist to align copy with visuals.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years’ experience in copywriting for healthcare, psychology, or other high-trust services.
Proven track record writing landing pages or funnels that drive conversions.
Solid grasp of CRO principles (value proposition clarity, proof, friction reduction).
Excellent written English (UK or neutral).
Portfolio showcasing landing or service pages.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience writing for ADHD, Autism, or mental-health-related services.
Familiar with Figma, Unbounce, or wireframing tools.
Understanding of compliance and ethical marketing in healthcare.
COMPENSATION & SCOPE
Rate: $250-400 fixed per landing page.
Scope: 1 page (~800–1,000 words) + structure outline.
Timeline: 7–10 business days.
Ongoing work: ad-hoc optimisation or A/B test variations ($100–$150 each).
