Alex says it'll be nice to spent more time with you... And saying "It'll be nice catching up with an old friend like you." will get you 1 Jay point, since you're making it clear you only see him as a friend.
Jay says he wishes Alex didn't have feelings for you since he'll have to work with him... And saying "I know it's hard, but I trust you to be professional." gets you 1 Jay point, because you're saying that you trust him.
Jay accidentally tells Alex you're together... And saying "I didn't want you to find out this way" will get you 1 Grey point, while "Yes, we are." gets you 1 Black point and "Can we please go back to work?" gets you 1 Grey point and 1 Black point.
Alex punches Jay... And you can choose how to approach things with either "(Go inside and help Jay.)" which gets you 3 Grey points, or "(Punch Alex back.)" which gets you 3 Black points.
Talking to Alex after what happened, you can warn him against doing something like that in three ways... Saying "If you ever do anything like that again, you're done for." gets you 1 Black point, "It's in your best interest that we stay friends, so fix your attitude." will get you 1 Black point and 1 Grey point, and "No more fighting from now on, please." gets you 1 Grey point.
In the bathroom with Jay, you're considering not working with Alex anymore... And saying “He is our best shot, but I don’t want you to be uncomfortable.” will get you 1 Success point.
