Takeda says you're still brilliant... And you can either thank him for 1 Grey point, or say "Did you expect anything less?" for 1 Black point.
Takeda mentions how Jay looks at you... And you can't give away that you care too much about Jay, because you're not sure of Takeda's intentions. So choosing "You were probably seeing things." gives you 1 Success point.
Back at the restaurant, you get suspicious of Takeda's return and think he might be working with Katherine... Here it's about how you want to approach it, and there's no bad choice. Choose "Accuse him of working with Katherine." to get 1 Black point, or "Bring Katherine up and see how he reacts." to get 1 Grey point.
In the limousine going home... You can end the night in different ways. Choose "It was nice seeing you again." to get 1 Grey point, "I just hope our plan works." to get 1 Black point, or "I think we put on a good show." to get 1 Grey point and 1 Black point.
Spending the night with Takeda... Now this choice is free of Jay points and a little bit of side fun if you want, although it's more just about Isabella forgetting her problems, so it's not very romantic. If you choose to ignore your feelings for Jay and sleep with Takeda anyway, you'll get 5 Black points. If you just go home, you get 5 Grey points. But a little warning, if you're choosing to sleep with him only because of Jay and Yara, spoiler alert: he rejects her. So be careful if you'll feel bad about that later, lol.
