I've included the blend file with many areas in it. While it is not a fully complete or "polished" map, it is a sizeable chunk of city, I included as much as my PC could handle. There are many usable sections you can find like shops, apartments, balconies, alleys, and various other areas. The idea being you can use this Blend as a resource like a "kitbash".
