TUTORIAL: How to make an animation work with your sim

As we all know the animation girlies have been showing out. and left some questions on the girlies that wanna do animations but don't know on how to get it to work on the sim.
note: this is a quick tutorial for the girls that are a bit advanced in blender and have a rough knowledge with using animations in blender.
This tutorial includes:
1. Opening the animation
2. Appending your sim
3. Connecting your meshes to the Animation rig
4. How to get in the camera view
5. Changing frame rates
