Main shapes and anatomy of semi-anthro digitigrade legs. The yellow parts marked on the bones are usually bonny landmarks visible through skin/fur.
A simple method as shown in the first example is to draw only "A" and "B" sections first and think of "C" as a connecting bridge between them. An important thing to pay attention is the variable width and curves of each section (straight vs curve, wide to thin, etc).
