[PATRONS] TWO DAYS EARLY BY THE NINE DIVINES!!!
I couldn't resist the urge my lovely patrons I just had to share, and we have a stacked week ahead as it is. Remember that you'll have access to the SECOND part of the Long War right away, so go check it out after this, and you'll be one week ahead of the curve all the way through. A huge thanksss again for your guys' incredibly generous support - this is now my part-time job, which is as insane as it is sublime! This would not be possible without the support of lovely patrons like yourself, so pat yourselves on the back, and maybe if someone asks about the patting - tell them about WDF! Ahem, anyway...
At long last, we're back! In our special series covering the Long War, we bring you the series of interconnected conflicts which waged across Europe between 1679-1699, and included everything from Reunions, to the last siege of Vienna, to the Glorious Revolution, to the War of the League of Augsburg...PHEW! We're in for the long haul with this LONG war, so I hope to have you with me for the very entertaining ride. Since WDF is now officially my job - partly at least - we are here to bring you the best and worst of the era, starting, appropriately enough, with Louis XIV in a France barely removed from the Franco-Dutch War. The dust had settled, but it was clear that nothing would ever be the same and, more importantly, that Louis XIV was not finished yet.
