THwN 6.17 - Clepsydrale Aquadome

It'll feature a new townwide quest and storyline that involves doing various tasks to properly help the town, and be told in 2 main parts that I'm still deciding whether or not will be playable back to back or a sort of situation where events will need to occur elsewhere before the 2nd act of Clepsydrale.
