Thanks so much my dear being, yes you're right we gotta be able to share our worries so that we can let them go and free ourselves. Keeping the bitterness in is not the way, but yes I felt ashamed for worrying about something like that whilst there are people who are having really tough times xx

Sweet... emotions sometimes have their own dynamics and, without us knowing exactly why, sometimes they make us feel low; it is not possible (as it is so often said) to manage not to experience those emotions and not think about anything; but a strategy that works is to observe them, to be aware of them, to receive them but without letting them drag us down with them, not to oppose them but to listen to what they come to tell us; it's like diving into the depths of the sea and seeing storm waves on the surface...knowing they won't drag us down. Everyone has down days so don't beet yourself up about having a few yourself it is allowed, just take all your clothes off and enjoy being naked with lovely fresh air carresing your body and the sun reaching the parts of your body that need a warm touch. Just take off all of your clothes and remain nude as much as physically possible; then, everything will work out. You must be nude for those that cannot - it will make the world a better place.
