I've been longing for my own place for ages, place where I can run around naked as and when I please, place with endless projects allowing me to keep focused and yes, creative - put my own stamp on everything!
Will see what happens, the place is not in a great condition but it's a third of the price I was prepared to pay, so I can't complain. No mortgage, and as I said I can put my own stamp on it, of course with a time as it all will cost money, but I m intending to do as much as I can by myself and with help of friends and family. And perhaps I will be asking for lots of advice from you, my Tigers, to make sure I do things properly and safely!
And last but not least, I wanted to Thank All of you who contributed towards my birthday wish back in December and January, this money went towards all the legal costs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! As I said, without you all this wouldn't be possible!
