THwN 3.6 - Elvenmire's town District

Outside of NightDawn Mansion's own main 'townie' area (When I finally get to that, just introduced it!), I think that pretty much covers every main town in Atlas! So as far as Atlas's town regions go, this one is (nearly) it! It's also one of the biggest so there's still more to see. For future updates, I think it's best if I interlock Egrisville and Elvenshire's content together because their storylines intersect. Anyway, moving forward here! We'll be on that boat in the blink of an eye before you know it~
