I am being awarded for being "India's First Female Bagpiper" along side famous women of India like P.T USHA, PV SINDHU and many more!
This award will be presented by the PRIME MINISTER of India
Mr. Narendra Modi, event will be addressed by IVANKA TRUMP - Leader of the US Delegation and Maneka Gandhi - Minister of Women and Child Welfare.
I honestly do not know how they found out about me, i cannot express how thrilled i am yet how unbelievable this really is for me. A girl with a dream 4 years back to desperately learn an instrument uncommon/unknown to most in India, all the struggles learning without a teacher, people telling me how this may not work and still being persistent with my goal has finally got me to this point of recognition. I happily and humbly embrace it. I hope some of you are Proud.
