Why I Put Myself Through Hell (New Vlog to be released tomorrow on my second channel)
Added 2025-04-21 21:34:25 +0000 UTCThis is going to be released on my second channel, it's the start of a new chapter where I'll be sharing more of my personal growth journey. I thought it would be good to share here first, because a lot of you have gone above and beyond to support me and you should know the driving force behind all of it. This is the core of what keeps me going.

2025-04-22 17:00:07 +0000 UTCI have long covid and I've been forced to lay low and give up physical activities that I love like dancing tango and west coast swing. But I think covid did force a lot of people to be introspective. Good for you for accepting that challenge!

2025-04-22 04:32:02 +0000 UTCAmazing journey. I took up weight training seriously in 2021 as well. I'm 48 and stronger than I've ever been and got myself into my best shape. But no endurance runs for me...

2025-04-22 01:11:36 +0000 UTCYou don’t just show growth you show maturity, sir. It takes a strong soul to be able to admit the shortcomings, but also show the want to be better. I know from experience how it is the stagnate for years, but in the last couple of years, I’ve made some severe changes in my life as well Most of those for the better, especially in the last five months. If you don’t mind, I think I’ll use you as an inspiration. What say you good luck on your race.

2025-04-21 22:30:32 +0000 UTCHey Anthony I LOVE this!! That you can show your true self, your downfalls and comebacks are astonishing! You're absolutely right, we need the ability to change with the times....adaptability, especially now. Like it or not you are admirable! Keep it up, change as much as you like but please only in great ways. Loved the burp by the way! haha! Oh, and please give Pyretta an aggressive hug and kiss for me would ya? hehe

2025-04-21 22:27:20 +0000 UTCIf life is an obstacle race then I'm screwed. Your personal growth and hard work is very evident looking back at old reels, and is reflected in your behaviour onscreen. Good luck for the upcoming race, but from the determination you have shown, I don't think you'll need it. 😉 ❤️

2025-04-21 22:26:53 +0000 UTCI love the part you give yourself credit for the hard work. I need to do that and recognise my achievements, I've discounted myself all too much up until now. Thanks for sharing
Emma.
2025-04-21 22:10:05 +0000 UTCat that point, my only obstacle was not quitting. I approached the sandbag carry before having to go to transition knowing that I wasn't going to make transition. I saw dudes say "fuck this, if we arent making transition, I'm not doing that carry"
Anthony Vincent
2025-04-21 21:56:13 +0000 UTCThat ‘I’m not quitting even if my bones break’ moment? That’s soul growth in real time. You can literally see the shift: it’s not just about finishing the race, it’s about becoming the kind of person who never bows out of becoming. And yes… even the burp was character development. Respect.
