Good Morning we have made it through another week and now it's time to go on our weekly Friday adventure.

Can you guess where we are going this week? We are going to visit the state of  Wisconsin

1.) Harley Davidson Museum located in Milwaukee  Price of admission is about $22 hours of operation are 10-5pm Harley-Davidson motorcycles bring heart-thumping adventure, life-changing freedom and a bit of rebellion into the lives of people around the world. But whether you were born to be wild - or mild - makes no difference at the Harley-Davidson Museum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. 2.) Noah's Ark Water Park locate in Wisconsin Dells Tickets starting at $50 Located on 70 sprawling acres in the heart of Wisconsin Dells, the Waterpark Capital of the World, Noah's Ark is recognized as both the Largest Water Park in America, and one of the best places to visit in Wisconsin Dells with kids. Noah's Ark isn't just big on thrills, we're also committed to providing the safest, cleanest, and most unforgettable waterpark experience for the entire family. In fact, we've received the Top Award for Aquatic Safety every year since 1995! From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, we are open for an entire summer of fun under the sun. 3.) Cave Point County Park located in Sturgeon Bay hours of operation are 8-5 daily The sites are cool as you get to see and hear caves that have been created by the waves of the lake. These are fairly famous caves. We went to Cave Point the day after an overnight storm and the day we went had high winds. Turns out this is the BEST time to go! The turbulent waters and high winds made for a SPECTACULAR show of waves crashing into the rocks!

4.) Pabst Mansion located in Milwaukee hours of operation are 10-4. If you're like me and you love architecture you will want to check out this beautiful home. Featuring 37 rooms, 12 baths and 14 fireplaces, sea captain and beer baron Captain Frederick Pabst's beautiful home was built in the Flemish Renaissance style on Milwaukee's historic Grand Avenue. During docent-led tours visitors will see the first through third floors and learn about the Pabst Mansion and family. New tours are offered including a fine arts tour, happy hour tour, family-friendly tour and mimosa tour.

5.) Henry Vilas Zoo located in Madison hours of operation are 9:30-5pm Truly a wild place to hang out! We are an admission-free, AZA-accredited zoo located next to Vilas Park in downtown Madison with a mission to conserve and protect the wonders of the natural world. Sign up for a Behind the Scenes tour, let us host your next birthday party, or just come by and learn more about our animals. With over 100 species, including polar bears, Aldabra tortoises, and African lions, there are plenty of opportunities to learn more about your favorite animals!

6.) Wisconsin Deer Park located in Wisconsin Dells Do you want a chance to feed the deer and get up close and personal with them? look no further than this. I had such a fun time when I was there and it's fun for all ages.

7.) Basilica of St. Josaphat located in Milwaukee Enter the Basilica of St. Josaphat through the Visitor Center, Monday-Saturday, 10:00am to 3:00pm for visits and tours; free tour after Sunday 10:00 am Mass. The Visitor Center is in the Pope John Paul II Pavilion at S. 7th Street and West Lincoln Ave. Enter from the parking lot. Located in Milwaukee’s historic Lincoln Village, the Basilica is a ministry of the Conventual Franciscans and has a captivating story of faith, historical significance, and unmatched architectural and artistic beauty. Polish immigrants built the Basilica over 115 years ago using salvaged materials from the razed U.S. Post Office and Custom House federal building in Chicago. Its 250 foot high copper dome is the icon of the diverse neighborhood the Basilica serves today. The Basilica hosts community events, performances of the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra and others. The St. Josaphat Basilica Foundation, a 501(c)(3) works with the Franciscans to preserve and restore the Basilica. All are welcome!

8.)Historic Third Ward Every trip to Milwaukee should start in the Historic Third Ward. Explore our locally owned restaurants, spas, theaters, galleries, and boutiques all in a historic warehouse setting. The neighborhood is home to the award-winning Third Ward Riverwalk, the nationally acclaimed Milwaukee Public Market, and the world's largest music festival, Summerfest. Located just south of downtown Milwaukee. While in town don't forget to check out the Zoo as well as the public museum.

9.)  Bay Beach Amusement Park located in Green Bay The retro charm of Bay Beach includes old-fashioned prices: rides are only 20 cents each. It's free to roam the grounds and you pay as you ride so you get along of bang for your buck. While you're here why not check out the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary A 700-acre wildlife refuge that features trails, as well as educational and live animal exhibits.

10.)  Green Bay Packer Hall of Fame even if you're not a green bay packers fan you can't deny the amazing history of this team and what they bring to the NFL. I urge you to take some time to check this out when you're in town.

11.)  EAA Aviation Museum hours of operation are 10-5pm Located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, at the site of the world's largest aviation event (EAA AirVenture) the Museum is one of the most extensive aviation attractions in the world, a year-round destination for the entire family. Come and explore our world-class displays and galleries. Marvel at aviation innovations in our collection of more than 200 historic airplanes. Spend time in one of our four movie theaters. Take a ride in a vintage airplane at Pioneer Airport-a real working aerodrome right out of the "golden age" of aviation. 12.) Circus World located in Baraboo hours of operation are 9-4pm Circus World in Baraboo is America's favorite circus attraction! Baraboo was home to The Ringling Bros. Circus from 1884 thru 1918, and during those thirty-four years the operation grew to become the largest circus enterprise the world has ever known. Although the Ringlings left in 1918, many of their original structures survived.During the summer months, see the world’s largest collection of glorious parade wagons plus 7 authentic Ringling Bros. buildings filled with colorful, big top memories. Experience the thrill that never grows old at Circus World! Watch our website and social media pages for updates throughout the spring and summer months. 13.) The Tristan Crist Magic Theatre- The Tristan Crist Magic Theatre features award-winning magic, comedy and illusion performances. The 175 seat intimate venue is located in beautiful Lake Geneva, WI and is open year-round.

14.)  Washington Island Ferry Line The ferry is a great experience and with so much to do on the island it really is worth the trip. It was about $28 a carload last time I was there. The upper deck gives you a great advantage point to see so many beautiful sights

15.) State Street & Downtown MadisonThis seven-block bustling thoroughfare, which runs between Capitol Square and the University of Wisconsin, buzzes with activity day and night. Offering lake access, amazing views, several museums and theaters, more than 140 restaurants including a diverse array of coffeehouses, ethnic restaurants, and award winning chefs, as well as more than 80 unique shops including bookstores, art galleries and specialty shops.

16.) Cana Island Lighthouse located in Baileys Harbor hours of operation are 10-5 Explore Door County’s most iconic lighthouse, which in 2019 celebrated 150 years of standing watch on the shore of Lake Michigan. Ride a hay-wagon over the causeway to explore the island, including the 89-foot-tall light tower, oil storage house and lighthouse keeper’s home. The highlight of any Cana Island visit is climbing the 97 steps of the tower’s spiral staircase to reach the gallery deck, which delivers a sweeping panoramic view of Lake Michigan and the Door County peninsula.

17.) Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory (The Domes)  Plants make people happy, and with thousands of wild and wonderful plants growing and blooming inside our tropical, desert and floral domes, it's no surprise that our living museum is one of Milwaukee's most loved destinations. Discover cacti, succulents, shrubs and desert palms in the Desert Dome. Enjoy five seasonal shows each year in the Floral Dome and walk among 1,200 species of rainforest plants in the Tropical Dome. The Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory, better known as The Milwaukee Domes, is a must-visit spot for anyone who loves plants. Visit us year-round, from Wed-Sun.

18.) Cave of the Mounds located in Blue Mounds hours of operation are 9-5pm The most beautiful cave in Wisconsin and the upper Midwest, Cave of the Mounds lies just off U.S. Highways 18/151 in Blue Mounds, WI. The United States Department of the Interior and the National Park Service designated Cave of the Mounds a National Natural Landmark because the site possesses "exceptional value as an illustration of the nation's natural heritage and contributes to a better understanding of man's environment". Curious tourists and budding cave enthusiasts have been enjoying an introduction to caving in the midwest for years while visiting Cave of the Mounds. Commonly referred to as the "jewel box" of America's major caves for the variety and delicacy of its formations, Cave of the Mounds is recognized by the Chicago Academy of Sciences as "the significant cave of the upper Midwest".

19.) Discovery World located in Milwaukee hours of operation are 9-4pm  Discovery World is an extraordinary experience devoted to sharing the wonders of science and igniting a love of endless exploration. We are the spark of joy in a child’s eyes when they make a connection with a living creature. We are the sudden and satisfying “Aha” when you discover something you didn’t even know you were looking for. We are the beginning of your lifelong learning adventure.

20.) Door County Maritime Museum hours are 9-5pm Where Great Lakes maritime history comes alive! Located along Sturgeon Bay’s working waterfront, the Door County Maritime Museum showcases the area’s rich maritime roots. The museum features several interactive exhibits, as well as tours of the immaculately restored seagoing tugboat John Purves. Hard-working fishermen, brave ship captains, skilled craftsmen, bold inventors and lonely lighthouse keepers are just some of the personalities you’ll discover in the galleries of the museum. There is another Maritime Museum located in Manitowoc

21.) Yerkes Observatory located in William's Bay hours of operation are 9:30-5:30pm The stars have cast their spell on romantics, scientists, seafarers, and backyard astronomers for ages. Since 1897 Yerkes Observatory has played a leading role in the exploration of the stars and our universe. Now, the site of the Great Refractor telescope is embarking on its next chapter, an independent organization offering new opportunities for you to experience astronomy, culture, and science. Our mission: to nurture the curious minds of a new century. Reopening activities are underway and we’re ready for your visit. Welcome back, star gazers!

22.) SC Johnson Headquarters located in Racine hours of operation are 8-5pm Whether you’re a Frank Lloyd Wright fan, a unique aircraft enthusiast or simply love our household products, you’re always welcome to visit SC Johnson.We welcome visitors and offer free public tours that provide different views of the company's inspired architecture, including: •The Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Administration Building •The award-winning Foster + Partners-designed Fortaleza Hall •The SC Johnson Gallery: At Home with Frank Lloyd Wright •Film showings of the Academy Award-winning documentary To Be Alive! and the acclaimed Carnauba: A Son’s Memoir at The Golden Rondelle Theater. All tours also include a visit to The Lily Pad, our gift shop.

23.) The National Mustard Museum located in Middleton hours of operation are 10-5pm The National Mustard Museum is home to the world's largest collection of prepared mustards and mustard memorabilia. Tour our museum or sample many of our mustards at the Ultimate Mustard Tasting Bar in the Gourmet Gift Shop. Admission is free!

24.) Hearthstone Historic House Museum located in Appleton hours of operation are 10-3:30 pm Admission is roughly $10. The Hearthstone is a large, beautifully restored Queen Anne Victorian Style home built in 1882 by Henry J. Rogers, Superintendent of the Appleton Paper and Pulp Mill. On September 30, 1882, Hearthstone was the first house in the world to be lit by an Edison central hydroelectric power station. The house retains many unique, genuine features, including the original Thomas Edison electroliers and light switches. Appleton was one of the first three cities in the world to be lit by an Edison central power station, the other two being New York and London. This was all due to Mr. Rogers, who decided to invest in Edison’s power station in order to light two paper mills and his home. Since it became a museum in 1987, Hearthstone’s focus is to preserve the house and its artifacts to re-create a historical experience based on its Thomas A. Edison heritage for the cultural enjoyment and educational benefit of the public through its many exhibits and programs.

25.) Civil War Museum hours of operation are 10-5pm The accredited Civil War Museum opened in 2008 on Kenosha Wisconsin's scenic lakefront campus. 57,000 Sq Ft covers American Civil War history like no other, offering the enthusiast a chance to learn about the contributions of the Upper Middle West. Already acclaimed for their permanent exhibit featuring life-scale, interactive exhibits, and audio and video technology. Introduced in 2013, the award-winning 360 degree film "Seeing the Elephant" is a 10 minute long glimpse into the life of a mid-western soldier, from recruitment, to training, through battle and finally returning home. See also the Veterans Gallery commemorating soldiers from each war fought by the US.

26.) Villa Louis located in Prairie du Chien hours of operation are 9:30-4:30pm This Victorian house includes relics from the area's history, including a battle in the War of 1812.

27.) Mid-Continent Railway Museum located in North Freedom Mid-Continent Railway Historical Society–also known as Mid-Continent Railway Museum–is an outdoor, living museum and operating railroad recreating the small town/short line way of life during the “Golden Age of Railroading,” with operating trains, educational exhibits, and displays of restored rolling stock. Mid-Continent has operated at North Freedom, Wisconsin since 1963.

28.) Old World Wisconsin located in Eagle Hours of operation are 10-4pm Old World Wisconsin is a fun way to experience the lives of immigrants to the Midwest in the late 1800s/early 1900s. Visit one of the ten working farmsteads and chat with the farmer or farm wife. Gather eggs, help in the kitchen or wood shop at the new "Life on the Farm" experience at the Koepsell Farm. Check out the 12 heirloom gardens and heritage breeds of chickens, pigs, sheep, cows, horses and oxen. Wander from farmstead to farmstead on foot or hop a tram--at a little under 600 acres you'll want to plan on at least half a day to explore everything. You can enjoy a snack or a light meal at the Clausing Barn Cafe. Old World Wisconsin is also a special place for a one-of-a-kind wedding, meeting or reunion. Or, learn even more about 19th-century life at a special workshop, day camp or school tour.

29.) Seaquist Orchards Farm Market located in Sister Bay This is a must see mom and pop store with someone for everyone and fresh produce from the orchard my favorite were the cherries.

30.) Eagle Bluff Lighthouse located in Fish Creek hours of operation are 11-3pm Built in 1868, Eagle Bluff Lighthouse continues its service as a navigational aid. The Door County Historical Society restored the residence and light tower and opened a museum in 1963. The Society provides tours and tells the story of the Duclon family. The lighthouse is open 7 days a week, mid-May through late October. A state park sticker is required for entrance to Peninsula State Park. The Door County Historical Society charges a small fee for tours, as they do not receive any operational support from the state.

31.) University of Wisconsin Geology Museum located in Madison hours of operation are 8:30-4:30pm Explore the Geology Museum and take a peek into Wisconsin's deep history!On your visit you can touch rocks from a time when there were volcanoes in Wisconsin; see corals, jellyfish and other sea creatures that used to live and swim where we now walk; and stand under the tusks of a mastodon while imagining yourself in the Ice Age. Also on display at the GeologyMuseum are rocks and minerals that glow, a model of a Wisconsin cave,dinosaurs and meteorites.Our mineral, rock and fossil collections have the power to educate and inspire visitors of all ages. Come see for yourself!

32.) The Mining & Rollo Jamison Museums located in Platteville hours of operation are 10-5 Your underground adventure awaits! Tour the 1845 Bevans Lead-Zinc Mine, ride in a real 1931 mine train (weather permitting), and discover the local history of the Upper Mississippi Valley mining district. The museum traces the development of culture in southwestern Wisconsin's Driftless Area starting with mining the local Mississippi Valley Type ore deposits, rural life, and the establishment of community. Galleries display fascinating and nostalgic models, dioramas, artifacts and photographs interpreting stories and music of home, school, farm and civic life in the Platteville region. Don't miss the fighting squirrels!

33.) Bergstrom-Mahler Museum of Glass located in Neenah hours of operation are 10-4:30pm Bergstrom-Mahler Museum of Glass is an accredited art museum located in the Fox Cities region of Wisconsin, 200 miles north of Chicago. The art museum opened 1959 to house the most representative collection of glass paperweights in the world and now holds three additional glass collections including, antique Germanic drinking vessels, Victorian art glass and contemporary studio glass. The museum focuses all exhibitions and educational programs on glass. The Glass Studio at Bergstrom-Mahler Museum offers public instruction in flameworking and kiln-formed glass making techniques throughout the year for youth and adults. Thanks to our generous founders and current donors there is free, general admission for everyone.

34.) Portage WWII History Museum hours of operation are 10-3 pm Open normal Museum days and hours Thursday Friday Saturday 10-3pm. In the 2-1/2 hour guided tour you will scratch the surface of this Museum's content. Walk through areas pertaining to the Home front, Holocaust, German, Japanese, and tons of American artifacts. 35.) National Historic Cheesemaking Center located in Monroe hours of operation are 10-3pm Open May-October. The only National Historic Cheesemaking Center Museum in the United States. Take a step back in time as you enter the century old Imobersteg Farmstead Cheese Factory that was lost in history for almost 100 years. Veteran cheesemakers and knowledgeable guides lead tours, offering colorful stories about cheesemaking, cheesemakers and the rich cheese factory history from the old world to the new world, and the rich heritage that still exists in today's industry. With over 900 things to do in the state I am sure you can always find things to do. There are beaches, other bodies of water, waterfalls, lighthouses and lots of museums. I am sure that you will find something around every corner while you're here.
