The future!

What does the future hold! How will the game go forward.

The game still doesn't have a lot of content. I mean, it is the first release so deal with it :P

But it only goes up from here! At least that's the plan.

Even though the game doesn't have a lot of content, it already has a lot ready.
My plan for the first release was to have the overall game mechanics ready, codewise.
What does that mean? Almost everything the game needs to function is already implemented. The games internal structure is focused on being easily expandable.

Wanna add a new event? Just dump the text and images in, maybe a bit of logic for the events content and then just add the name and the conditions on when to fire this event into the provided framework.

Wanna add a new rule? Just create the dataset, including images, description and conditions.

I coded the game to have everything standardized and fully automatic.

All this was also done to give players the ability to add content themselves. While that is already possible, I have yet to write a guide and possibly some tools for it. That will be added in the future.

This game is inspired by Ashford Academy Redux and those familiar with it will maybe already see some similarities or will see them in the future. After AAR got dropped I thought about remaking it but after a lot of thought I decided to recreate it's essence with this new game and up the quality a bit by using Honey Select 2 for the renders. Of course the rendering is a bit more tricky than searching images from the web, but now the game can have a lot more continuity contentwise.
