Translations Open Sourced
Added 2020-01-12 21:01:23 +0000 UTCAnyone can now edit and submit translations via Git. I highly recommend learning Git and finding a good PO file editor to contribute, but this is not required. The GitHub repository will be updated periodically with the corresponding game version number.

Translations will Require Updates
The game is far from complete, and as new dialogue gets added the translations will need to be updated too. Additionally, the UI cannot be translated yet, but I will work on that.
I started the repository with the most requested languages. If the demand is high enough, additional language files can be added.
PO Files
As a quick overview, a .po file is a plain text file that maps the native language to a different one. You can edit them with a text editor, but a PO editor is likely easier. There are many free tools that can be used.
@ Macros
You will see macros in the text like @MONSTER_RACE@. Leave these as they are, they game will replace them. The replacement is not something to be localized.

Hey. I'm actually translate the german.po . But I can't figure out how to make a pull request, or give the file back to DerelictHelmsman somehow. Somebody could help me? I copied the Repository to https://github.com/butta84/botn-German-translations and worked on the german.po file.
