April update + Patron Sketch rewards: reminder!

Hello!

Thank you all for pledging this month. I’m very glad we’ve had some of you folks send in your characters for sketches in March (I’ll be posting them later!), and I’m extending the offer to those who haven’t reached out yet! Today we’ll stream some Mothorial work, and next week we’ll do more Patron sketches, which could include yours, so don’t forget!

I’ve mentioned in the Mothorial Discord server that I had some plans for a fun little thing for you related to the comic, and Ari and I have officially started work on that! It’ll be something that’ll pop up in the actual comic later on, and you’ll get to see it early. How cool is that? We’ve also been doing some work writing and finished a good few scripts in advance, to make sure our current one is as tight and consistent with the rest of the story as we can! I can’t wait for us to get there, but first, gotta get crackin’ with the current volume!

That brings me to the current situation - progress on pages has been slower than I’ve hoped, and I’m hoping to catch up on that this month, so we can plan our next big plan of action - the public launch! This seems like the best time to share our work with everyone, but there’s still plenty to do before then. I’m working on getting us far ahead enough for there to be a good amount of buffer on the public side. We’re still shooting for launching before Summer, so we appreciate your support through the process. Thank you, and see you soon!
