I agree, you are cool, but the board games may not reflect that. I don't know what your winters are like, but here in North Carolina we have had a few surprise cold snaps. It snowed yesterday, not a lot, just a few inches, but then froze solid overnight. It dropped to 13F this morning (-11C) and when I went out to my car I had trouble getting the frozen doors to open. When I did get the two front doors open, they wouldn't shut again. I had to warm up the car and run the heater full blast for twenty minutes just to get the door mechanisms warm enough to work again. My family in New Jersey and Pennsylvania have been in single digits (between -4 and 9F) for at least three weeks. That is downright balmy compared to other parts of the US, where it is much colder and with several feet of snow. Why do I mention this? You noted that your indoor wonderland had a spa to sit in. We have a place in the NC mountains with outdoor jacuzzi tubs. They are open all year. People change clothes in a portable unit, then run in freezing cold air to their assigned tub, with nothing more than bathing suits and robes. Why do they do this? They are insane. They are also trying to reap benefits from the water in the tubs, which comes up from the ground at 100+F. The water contains lots of minerals, so I assume there must be some value to soaking in it. We have gone there a few times, but only in the spring or summer ... we may be a little nuts, but we haven't totally lost it. Why are the tubs outside, you may ask? Because they are placed along the banks of the French Broad River. Between each use, the water in the tubs will be drained into the river, then refilled with water from the underground hot spring. There is no electricity needed to heat the water, or chemicals to keep the water sterile. Power is only needed to run the jets in the tub, and the lights overhead.

Haha I like it. Well basically it's a holiday park, so you can stay in lodges, or the apartment or even 'treehouses'. (They're really fancy with hot tubs in, sadly they're expensive!). It's mainly for outdoor activities, but it being winter we went in the spa and played badminton etc. And the swimming pool! They've got restaurants there, cafes and a little supermarket so you don't need to leave the premises. It's really nice! Been there 3 times. Played a lot of board games cause we're cool.

I don't speak millenial. I get the wish for a good day, and the current video schedule. 'Bestie' is a non-gender specific term for a really good friend. The 'haai' is easy to decipher. I'm stuck on 'center parcs'. Is this a location like 'central park', or perhaps the name of a shopping mall? I'm pretty sure it isn't an expression for a state of mind, but cannot wholly rule it out as a possibility. The online Urban Dictionary notes the following for 'Center Parcs': "Butlins for xenophobic middle class people" The same source notes the following for 'butlins': "The spunkiest, funniest, most totally inappropriate holiday destination anywhere in the world." So ... you are in the spunkiest, funniest, most totally inappropriate holiday destination anywhere in the world for xenophobic middle class people? I'm still clueless. ≡:o) ≡:o) ≡:o)
