Líf the Liar

As Adlerkrone is a kingdom obsessed with hoarding wealth and power, like the other members of the Obsidian Eagle Knights, Líf wields a powerful legendary weapon. With his sword, Lævateinn, he can fell enemies at all ranges. He also commands a powerful type of Lightning Magic, however the specific nature of his magic is unknown.
It is unknown how his epithet came to be "Líf the Liar." It is speculated to have resulted from his failure to protect the previous King, but surely the current King wouldn't keep a guilty assassin in his midst?
