I think I'm through, but now I gotta work on Grim Fate on top of finishing the FvT material, phew. I don't drink coffee or tea, but I do most of my errands on foot several times a week, dunno if that count as exercice? lol.
2016-11-18 04:45:02 +0000 UTCAs I've had a problem with getting things done all my life, I can offer advice on what has helped me. 1. Tea (or coffee.) Copious amounts. Helps a lot short term, though it plays havoc with the sleep cycle. And 2. Low-intensity exercise. A few half-hours a week at a heart rate of 60-70 % of full (old-school) does wonders in a quite short time (months.) Obviously, the more you exercise, the faster you notice effects. I had trouble concentrating on reading books, and that allowed me to sit down with a book and really read it again for the first time in years. I imagine a few more months should let me get off my arse and actually be able to work again. Of course, I'm also a lazy bugger, which is what landed me in this situation in the first place, lol.
