Also, shy fairies exist but fairies are usually comfortable with nakedness and public nudity is not outlawed, but it's a matter of context. If you meet an important person on the beach, you're both in bathing suit, all is cool and fun. But you wouldn't show up at their house in bathing suit, would you?

2016-02-02 16:16:17 +0000 UTCThere's no rule, but it's traditional that formal encounter should be done with clothes on. Fairies are not offended by nudity, but just like you don't show up to a wedding, funeral, or in court in jeans and t-shirt, there's a time and place.
