Unfair consideration

In the darkness, Lisa stood before a shadowy figure, who, for some reason, felt familiar despite only appearing as a vague silhouette covered in darkness.

“You’ve ruined it. You’ve ruined it all,” a voice filled with endless malice and hatred came from the woman’s direction, the unmistakable voice of a female.

Lisa stepped back, not understanding where she was or why that woman yelled at her with such hatred. Noticing the darkness sticking onto her legs, Lisa tried to run away, but she felt trapped again, with nowhere to escape and nowhere to run.

The darkness covered her legs and thighs, moving up to her waist and chest, but just as she thought it was about to claim her all, a familiar warm hand touched her shoulder, and all that darkness peeled away from her body.

Turning around, she saw Seth’s kind face, smiling back at her reassuringly, “Don’t be afraid. Everything will be alright.”

Lisa found herself nodding and, remembering the coldness from earlier, she moved into his arms, looking to be closer to that warmth.

Seth wrapped his wide and sturdy arms around her, giving her all the comfort she wanted, his eyes staring at the hate-filled eyes watching him from the darkness.

Out of Seth’s body, a pink light floated out and grew into the shape of a mature and exquisite woman.

Clear pink eyes and long pink hair that fell seamlessly over her pink and long dress. A chest barely contained inside the tight dress, its round upper mounds peaking proudly, and a behind that gave her hourglass-shaped body the finishing touches.

Lisa was immediately captivated by the unknown woman, but the woman also stared ahead, prompting Lisa to turn her head into Seth’s arms to once more look at the strange woman in the shadows.

“Sister,” mouthed Lust, her energy replacing the darkness all around, shedding some light on the woman’s appearance before them.

She looked almost identical to Lisa if not for the strange black substance completely covering her body, moving along like a living being.

“Don’t call me that,” replied Darkness, the hate in her eyes growing even stronger as her eyes landed on Lust. “You’ve betrayed us. You’ve allied with a human and worked to kill us.”

Lust shook her head, heaving a long sigh, “You’ll eventually understand why I did what I did, but for now, I need you to leave this soul.”

“In your dreams. I’ll never leave. You’ll have to kill her if you want me out,” Darkness lashed at Lust, but Lust appeared unfazed as she lifted her hand toward her, “Have it your way.”

With Lust’s words, a vortex made out of lust energy appeared before her hand and started slowly sucking the darkness all around inside.

Darkness tried to fight back, but there was no way she could fight against Lust’s power, not even inside her host’s soul.

The link between Seth and Lisa gave Lust just as much dominion inside Lisa’s soul as Darkness had. Not even counting the difference in their ranks, Darkness was also injured by Seth’s severing of the link between her and her divinity.

Under Darkness’ struggles and wails, the vortex slowly absorbed her will, and Seth squeezed the shaking Lisa in his arms even harder.

In a short time, Lust’s vortex absorbed all the darkness around, and Darkness’ body went away with it.

After absorbing her sister’s will and moving it to the seed growing inside Katy, Lust turned to the little Lisa tucked into Seth’s arms and extended her hand, placing one of her fingers on her forehead.

Lisa’s face turned blank when it came into contact with Lust’s hand.

“Seth, recover the memories inside the records to transfer back to her soul so we can patch up any missing bits and pieces. I’ll also use the links to your wives to recover all the memories from them, but all those years spent alone, in darkness....”

“That has to be enough...” said Seth with a nod, asking the system to transfer those memories to his soul. Lust moved those memories inside Lisa’s soul as she asked, “Do you want to hide your conflict from those memories?”

“No. I already did plenty wrong by Lisa.”

After a nod from Lust, she entered Seth’s body as the darkness filling Lisa’s soul space before was replaced with scenes and images from the academy.

Lisa’s consciousness also disappeared from Seth’s hug, and he continued watching the scenery until it stabilized before returning to his own body.

Supporting himself up, Seth righted the frown on Lisa’s face and kissed her forehead, moving back and out of her.

After cleaning her body using his destruction energy, Seth caressed the lust mark on her chest.

After a soft sigh, he used his creation energy to dress her up and laid back down next to her, thinking of what he should say and do once she woke up. Facing Lisa now felt even more challenging than taking on a god for Seth.

After a few hours, Lisa sorted her memories, her mind filling up some of the gaps in her memory, and finally woke up. She found herself lying on her side in the same bed she lost her first time, her face just a few inches across from the men that took it.

As they locked eyes, mixed feelings bloomed inside her, and she struggled to stop herself from crying. The memories Seth had transferred to her answered most of the questions about how he had hurt her before, but they didn’t answer the most crucial question.

“Why?” asked Lisa, watching Seth’s face intently.

Seth sighed and said, “When I first took you in, I didn’t pay much attention to your darkness affinity. In the future I hailed from, darkness ascended were plenty and were nothing special. I never thought it any different than any other affinity or energy, but I was wrong.”

“When I lost control and hurt your father, my betrayal inadvertently allowed the greater will to exploit your hurt and take form in the depths of your soul. Its whispers caused your hurt from that time to bloom into hatred, giving it even more control over you, a fact I once more overlooked.”

“I felt terrible for what I did and tried to make it up to you, but you kept pushing me away, so I eventually just let you go so you could live your life however you wanted to.”

“It wasn’t until I discovered the sentience of the light will and Lust revealed what complementary energies were that I figured something similar might have happened to you, but it was already too late to do anything about it. You already hated me, and that consciousness wouldn’t have stopped those feelings from growing, so I just decided to let you live your life how you wanted to...”

“But then I discovered I needed a divinity of all the primary energies to reach my goals of leaving this world, so our paths were destined to intertwine once again.”

“To get hold of the darkness divinity, which was already growing inside you, I was left with only two choices. One was to bring you back to my side, and the other was to kill you and raise a new darkness ascended to fill that place.”

“After what happened in the parallel timelines and knowing that the greater will aimed to pull you deeper into darkness, I devised a plan to bring you back while also forming that divinity I needed.”

“That’s when I came and told you the truth about the parallel timeline, my promise to your mother, and my intent of honoring that promise. You were supposed to injure me, which you did, and to feel remorseful about it. After that, I helped Julie recover her memories before telling her to discuss things with you.”

“Up to there, my plan worked, but that’s where something I didn’t expect happened. I figured you and Julie would fight about it, and Darkness would fuel your hatred for her instead of focusing on me. You’ll summon your divinity, and I’ll intervene to seal it away. With most of your hatred directed at your mother, getting close to you would have been easier since you wouldn’t have outright rejected me, and all I needed to do was reject your mother.”

“Since your mother was more in love with immortality than me, that would have been a perfect scenario, despite not being the cleanest method.”

“I didn’t expect you and Julie to come to an understanding, and probably neither did Darkness. Also, when I saw Julie after those 100 years, I noticed she was craving for me now and not that immortality.”

“Since you had failed to summon your divinity, I had to push you again, which is why, after letting you both wait for years, I broke your mother’s heart right before your very eyes...”

“Just as I presumed, that was indeed the push you needed, and in your hatred, you surrendered control to Darkness, which wasted no time in forming her divinity, but now, all that hatred toward me meant I needed another way to get my hands on the divinity.”

“After injuring darkness by breaking her link to her newly created divinity, I had my lust will pull your consciousness to the surface and block her influence. That was when you woke up in my arms in that field with no memories from after forming your source.”

“By having sex, I could create a link directly to your consciousness and have Lust cleanse the darkness will polluting your soul once and for all while at the same time gaining a connection to the darkness divinity I needed.”

Once Seth finished his story, Lisa lowered her head and asked, “So you used us this entire time... both me and mother...”

“I did,” replied Seth, opening the lust link between the two. ‘But it did me no pleasure to do it. I care for both you and Julie, and if this had happened before I visited the tower, I would have probably given up on your divinity and allowed your mother to stay by my side as my lover.’

‘But once I discovered some things inside that tower, I knew I must leave this world. Maybe the fates of all my loved ones hang on me succeeding, so I was willing to sacrifice both your mother’s and your happiness for us. Does that make me a monster? Maybe it does, but I’ll do it all again in a heartbeat.’

‘Because I know it is the right thing to do for me, my wives, and maybe even the whole world.’

Lisa listened to Seth’s words, feeling the conviction and sincerity coming from the link between their souls, but was still unable to stop her pain from pushing her to cry silently.

Once Seth was done, Lisa grabbed the side of his shirt and asked, “Were you serious about the promise you made to me before you forced yourself on me?”

“I still am,” replied Seth with a nod.

Lisa nodded back and said, “Then you better take all away, or you will never be able to. You are right. Even if I can understand why you will do what you did, it doesn’t mean it disgusts me any less. Take all these memories away, cleanse them from my soul. I know you can do it.”

“Take me back to those times I didn’t know the meaning of pain and hatred and lie to me. Make up a lie to explain my lack of memories and keep that promise to my mother and me.” by the end of her speech, Lisa was crying and screaming at the same time.

Just as Lisa could feel Seth’s sincerity, so did Seth, along with the misery, pain, and sorrow flowing through that link. He could do what she had told him to, but at the same time, it felt wrong.

After thinking momentarily, Seth asked Lust, ‘ Can you allow her to walk my steps? To live my life, see what I saw, know what I knew, and feel everything I felt?’

‘Just as it happened with Hollie? I can, but... are you sure? It would mean once more imposing your will over hers. It is the same thing that brought you here in the first place.’

‘I am. But I can only bet Lisa will understand me better if she sees it herself.’

While waiting for Seth’s answer, Lisa suddenly felt the mark on her stomach starting to burn and smiled lightly through her tear-stained face, thinking Seth had agreed.

Soon, she found herself inside the body of a young Seth just as he had started his journey in the world. She was confused as she was forced to walk his steps throughout eons encompassing two lifetimes.

At the start, she hated Seth even more for forcing something else upon her, but that hate faded slowly as the years passed.

She witnessed Seth’s drive, mistakes, falls and rises, his return to the past, their meeting, his life in this new time, the moments he spent with his lovers, and the feelings and care he bore for them.

Time proved the best medicine; with her consciousness spending eons following Seth’s life, she forgot about her difficulties and slowly felt compassion for Seth, along with a trace of jealousy toward his wives.

His choice still felt unfair, but she understood that someone’s happiness would often be paid for with someone else’s tears. She also came to terms with the fact that her tears were simply the currency in Seth’s trade.

Walking along Seth through his life, she somehow felt she found herself instead. She witnessed the peak of power she craved and the pain it brought Seth. She put her life in parallel, and his choices suddenly made more sense.

Lisa was vexed to be the unlucky one who had to pay for another’s happiness, but then she witnessed her and Seth making love in that simple room, which she now recognized as the room reserved for her in the Imperial Palace of Endora.

She would have never believed it if someone had told her she had a room there, but she knew Seth had created it and left it empty for her. She could feel his pain as he did what he did and the discomfort that choice brought him.

As the her in the memory moaned and reached her first orgasm, Lisa felt pulled back from the train of memories, returning to her body.

Seth was sitting before her, looking at her with unease and hesitation.

After a long silence, Lisa lowered her head and parted her lips, being the first to break the silence.

“You had to take even my hate away from me...”

As Seth lowered his head, thinking his plan had once more failed, Lisa brought her head forward and placed her forehead against his, tears growing in her eyes.

“...so you better fill that emptiness with all the love you have promised.”
