7 years coming next month and changes

So my 7th year Patreon-versary is coming up on May 10th.That means there will be a giveaway running right after May begins.

However, this does bring me to address Patreon and how things are going here. I detest those Patreon creators who offer reward tiers, but you never seem to actually get whatever the special something is, be that a cameo, behind-the-scenes looks at a project, or even just bonus art.
I never want to be one of those guys, and sadly with the drop of art over the last year, the lowest tier has kind of fallen into that category. That makes me want to change it so I don't feel like I'm failing to deliver. It'll be changing to just being moral support instead of art.
Art will be given out to all backers, but it won't be listed as a tier reward.
I genuinely want to thank the supporters for backing the old tier as it was. Thank you all so much, but it feels wrong to have it there promising art that never comes.

I won't change anything until May, so you have time to change your tier if you'd like to drop it and just become a free member instead.

Again, thank you for being here with me, some of you from the very first month. Those rare few have my heartfelt gratitude for helping make this a thing.
But every single patron has my thanks for the continued support.

I just want to support you writing books

I love getting random pins even through im not really a mega pin guy (spent 800 dollars at disney one year, it does only happen every ten years I can get stateside) my big thing was getting mr pratchet to personally sign every disc world book. Arts good but stories are better.

Your the best author! I just want your stories!

stories are all I ever wanted Mr. Story Machine /s Seriously though, I love when authors offer creative stuff at different tiers but honestly I don't pledge on Patreon for that kind of stuff. It is to support the authors in a small way above and beyond the book buys.

agreed

Your stories were all the reward I ever needed, and the entire reason I signed up in the first place. Thanks for the stories, and for all your hard work!

It is a pleasure to support a good artist, sir. Thank you for putting your heart into your work and making connections with your appreciative audience. Or, as Dobie Gillis (or the Malt-O-Meal commercial) would say, "Good stuff, Maynard!" Yes, that dates me.

Brian

Thank you for taking us into the worlds you see, and the characters you watch and follow. I love all of your series. I always look forward to the next chapter, the book release, then the audiobooks.

Thank you for letting us into your crazy cool worlds. Also for being so accessible to your fans! No other author I have ever heard of has been as good to us readers. Keep up the good work and know that we are out here waiting with bated breath for your next creation!
