The Gardevoir dex version is not downloadable yet :3 as said in the Stand post of Gardevoir, the FC (fan character) that was commissioned is testable and the dex version will be a bit later after the FC is finished. Their core code will be different, that's we are not building both at same time. But you know how gardevoir is down on your website (cannot be downloaded due to the commissioner taking it down) will it ever be back up for download? Or is it going to be forever unavailable?
