Question
Added 2021-01-25 19:52:02 +0000 UTCNow that I'm starting to get into pace with drawing, it's time for a question:
do you want patreon perks? what i mean is, are you a "tip jar" supporter that don't care about having priviledges like early access and stuff or are you here cuz you can see macro arses early?

I think the "see early" mindset work pretty well as a sort of compromise. A nice "wink" to the peeps that throw dosh at you and peeps that follow you since years with no money to spare can still see shit a bit later

I get that a successful patreon has to offer something to incentivize people to donate. But I would say that all of the artists I support publish all of their patreon art publicly at some point. I don't really feel Patreon was ever intended to be a service where you pay for exclusive stuff. There are other sites that fit that model better. Patreon really works best IMO as a way to encourage artists to do more of the things they do that you enjoy. There have always been paywall sites elsewhere, like gumroad, etc...
