This action is the Clone2, but instead of cloning, transforms from clothed to unclothed :D so when the action ends, she stays without clothes until another Clone 2 happens, putting clothes again.

Este shimeji tiene dos formas :D una con ropa y otra sin. Y ésta es la acción que usa para transformarse del Clothed al Naked~ después de esto se queda en esa forma :3
