New Tier

You bring up that I follow other patreons as a comparison but that was my point. The early bird tiers in my other and former patreons were never taken away. Closed to new patrons yes. For example I still get Raven Twin's supported files for less than new patrons get the unsupported ones. I wasn't complaining specifically to the new tiers, as yes most patreons do that as they grow with some exceptions (OPR). Most however exclude their early birds from those changes. Beyond that though I was indeed bringing to light that you could have explained simpler that you were raising prices, instead you came off like you were trying to sidestep that. If that was not intended, great, either way I was trying to be helpful with the feedback. Ignoring and unsubscribing would be far less energy. Glad to hear you will continue with further dark elf models.

Respecto a los soportes, te invito a leer el mensaje de arriba que acabamos de escribir y si tienes alguna duda nos comentes. Recalcamos que el hecho de haber establecido el patreon por tan solo 6€ y regalar los soportes el primer año no ocasione un problema ahora, al intentar adaptarnos en el mercado. Imagino que sigas a otros patreon y sepas que no somos el primer ni ultimo patreon en tener varios tiers de este tipo. Respecto a los modelos de los elfos oscuros, para eso hacemos encuestas( como la de este mes), para que podáis elegir el contenido o los diseños a modelar por nuestra parte en muchos casos. Tenemos intención de seguir diseñando ciertas unidades de elfos oscuros pero obviamente las unidades son limitadas y llegarán a su fin, además tenemos ideas frescas para diseños futuros. Un saludo

Por otro lado antes eran solo modelos de Elfos Oscuros y ahora se meten otros ejércitos, espero que esto no reduzca los modelos mensuales de Elfos oscuros. This is not the way.

So I just want to point out that your earliest supporters since the beginning on the early tier ($7) would be required to commit to a 50% (10.50) increase to have the same rewards as before. Except not really as there aren't even as many slots in the early support tier to cover all of them and no doubt new patrons may claim those spots as well. Instead they would be faced with about an 80% (12.50) increase for the unlimited. They could of course stay at the current tier but I imagine the frustration of removed value would have an impact. That effect is difficult to mitigate by merely saying that things will be better than before. I do indeed hope things go well and the increase may well be needed, however the explanation was a somewhat long way to say prices are increasing that was confusing for some.

It seems that it is something automatic of patreon, even with the option of suspension of payments during July, when modifying from one tier to another patreon, it does make the payment. We will make a return to anyone who requests it, for this we ask please that you send us a private message. We will add a clarification in this post to prevent it from happening to more people.

Thx for the detailed description of the new tiers 🙂👌 Just one question: I was immediately charged the amount of the new tier. Is this already for August (because you said July will be uncharged as there is no new release)?
