---------

This version adds mod managing support for the new RE Engine games Ghost Trick and Exoprimal (I might need to do another quick update when Exoprimal is released to ensure this is fully compatible). I also added support for Final Fantasy 7 Remake due to a request.

This version also fixes a very rare bug. The mod manager maintains empty dummy PAK when installing mods to ensure robust support for PAK mods and those are deleted when all mods are installed. Capcom ended up releasing a patch for RE8 where the final patch PAK is an empty PAK of the same file size, so the manager would delete it. This version has a check for that, to ensure any official empty PAKs are not deleted. This was extremely unlikely to ever cause any problems, but if anyone had RE8 stop working after a patch, then I suggest reinstalling the game or verifying file integrity in Steam.

I suggest using the demo PAK with the full version. It's very likely the file paths are the same, it's just that it'll be missing a lot of files that don't exist in the full game, but generic files, like fonts, should be the same in the demo and full version. I don't think I'd ever suggest replacing a game's PAK file with a repacked one. It's very hard to get a file list that's 100% complete, which means a replaced PAK file will be missing files. What you could do is repack only the modified files and then rename it to a patch PAK (mod manager supports doing this automatically). Regarding mod manager demo support, you could fool the mod manager into thinking the demo is the full version by copying over the exe from the full game to the demo folder and then manually selecting that path. Either way, I think the best option is to extract files from the full game using the demo PAK list and try modding the game the typical way.

Hi FluffyQuack. I'm trying to replace the horrible Font from the japanese Ghost trick version to no avail. For starters i could only find the DEMO version PAK.LIST (So i'm testing with the demo) but even if i Extract (removing the unknown files option) and then inmediately repack, the game would not work at all with the new repacked file. Furthermore the new .PAK file is about 64MB smaller than the original untouched pack I think i'm ready to replace the fonts with new OFT.1 ones, but if the repack is not working there is no use in doing it. Modded line for the extractor .\REtool.exe -h GTD_PC_Demo.list -x %1 Using the Pak.list from the GIT HUB latest commit Any ideas?? BTW the Modmanager tries searching for the full game and not the Demo and i have no pak.list for the full game so i can't use that
