Tomb Raider 1 mod - Braid, and alternate costume for 2P

OpenLara is a fan-made, open-source engine for Tomb Raider by XProger (right now it has very good compatibility with TR1, but it doesn't support other TR games yet). It supports rendering at any resolution, gameplay simulation at any framerate, 2-player local co-op, better shadows, better water, and more! More info about it here: https://github.com/XProger/OpenLara

I wanted to do a playthrough with OpenLara but with a couple of specific, minor features, so I forked the codebase and implemented those features. My version can be found here: https://github.com/FluffyQuack/OpenLara/releases

Naturally, you'll need a copy of Tomb Raider 1. It's available on gog.com and Steam. If you download the main release of OpenLara, that comes with a readme with basic instructions on how to set up your copy of Tomb Raider files. I've written a basic guide here for setting up OpenLara: https://www.patreon.com/posts/47497129

If you want to replace the default costume or the alternative costume, you'll need to replace the models in the level files (PHD files). Unfortunately, the process for this is rather slow. I'll explain the basics here:

Unforunately, as you can see, the process is a bit fiddly. As far as I know, there are no modding tools developed for TR1 to make this kind of model replacement process faster to do.
