The Japanese translation of the blank message definitely says "I have been rizzing 9S". jk it seriously says "9S wo ____ shi te ki ta" which just sort of indicates [doing something] in past tense. It's missing the verb, just like the English translation. You're right on the money with 9S's obsessive vibes in that 2B 2B 2B 2B text. I really like how the anime shows A2 witnessing 2B's memories. In the game, the screen cuts to black when A2 grabs the hilt of the sword, but here you can see everything flashing before her eyes. The emotional bits between 2B and 9S do hit a lot harder when we have full context. T_T The Pods' ghost costumes in the post-credits skit are a Reincarnation reference!
