I love that they made 6O more prominent for this section. In the game it was just her voice over the loud speaker, but in the anime she's there in front of us. Definitely hit harder for me when this aired. π

2024-09-25 22:57:32 +0000 UTCAfter getting both ending A and B, you begin βroute Cβ during ending Bβs credit roll, which then leads to endings C / D (dependent upon final choice). After unlocking both of those via chapter select you get E. At the beginning of route C they basically do a second title screen with some credits. While the anime is largely similar (season 1 is route A/B, season 2 so far seems to be route C) there are lots of small differences. These changes are most likely due to this being an entirely separate branch (or loop) of time. However, some of it is also certainly due to the fact that some details needed to be changed in order to have the story be more coherent in an anime format. Hope that clarifies!

The way they added credits here is more of an opening sequence than an ending, kicking off the second half of the story. The very first scene of this episode is a huuuge nod to Reincarnation players. If you know to look for it, there's a YoRHa android on the lunar surface... 2B's NFC Mode 2 scenes go so hard! Wish she had something like that in the game instead of the self destruct. I think Nines mentioned it in this episode, but the reason 2B wasn't deeply infected by the virus is because he halted both of their data syncs when he was snooping around in the Bunker server. Ad break transition messages for Episode 15: [Report] Due to an attack from Group B, some of the records are missing. [Report] A large number of mutations have been confirmed in this branch. Be on the lookout for possible singularity changes. NOTE: I mentioned the other day in chat that I learned something new and that I'd comment on it here. It turns out this "Group B" was first referenced in Yoko Taro's other mobile game, SINoALICE. In its Drakengard crossover event, there was a log entry recorded in Accord's Book. It's a short read but this comment is already getting long so I'll link it.
