Ciao come state?

siamo arrivati al week end e, tra un lavoro e l'altro, perchè non cucinare qualcosa per un buon aperitivo o semplicemente un piatto di verdure sfizioso?

Un piatto che , a mio avviso, va bene in qualsiasi stagione e a qualsiasi latitudine.

Ringrazio Nando per la ricetta, sarà venuta come la sua? :-)

In arrivo anche altre ricette che mi hanno inviato per esempio, GAZ e Simon con dei dolci molto buoni, e spero che come loro, anche voi mi inviate la vostra ricetta.

Intanto vi gustate qualche anteprima e voi GRANI CUCULI (ed oltre) correte a mettervi i grembiuli e preparate gli ingredienti che domani si cucina insieme con il video tutorial LOL

Hi, how are you?

We've reached the weekend and, between one job and another, why not cook something for a good aperitif or simply a tasty vegetable dish?

A dish that, in my opinion, is good in any season and at any latitude.

Thanks to Nando for the recipe, will it have come out like his? :-)

I'm also getting other recipes that GAZ and Simon sent me, with some very good desserts, and I hope that like them, you too will send me your recipe.

In the meantime, enjoy some previews and you GRANI CUCULI (...and over) run to put on your aprons and prepare the ingredients that tomorrow we'll cook together with the video tutorial LOL
